This precious In & Out oil can be used in two ways:
- For external application (on the skin): apply a few drops morning and evening on clean, dry skin, under your usual cream like a serum, or alone to replace your cream.
- For internal use: 1 to 2 presses directly under the tongue for better absorption.

Apply the roll-on on the skin by rolling the ball directly over the wrists, solar plexus, and/or soles of the feet.
