Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • For any order placed from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
  • For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
  • For any order placed from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
  • For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via Mondial Relay or Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. 

The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping fees. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order.

Returns

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or bear any costs other than those provided by law.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear withdrawal request by email to the merchant site's customer service address, indicating:

  • the order number;
  • the products concerned;
  • their full contact details.

The customer then has a maximum period of fourteen (14) additional days from the communication of their withdrawal decision to return the products.

2. Product return conditions

Returned products must imperatively:

  • be new, unused, and unopened;
  • be returned in their original intact packaging;
  • show no damage, opening, or signs of use;
  • be accompanied, when possible, by any accessory or document provided at the time of purchase.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, unsealed, opened, or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, used, opened, or unsuitable for resale may be refused and will not be refunded.

3. Return fees and conditions

Return shipping costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

The return must be made via a carrier allowing parcel tracking. The seller cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel during return transport.

The return address will be communicated to the customer upon validation of their withdrawal or return request by customer service.

4. Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned products, the refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method.

The refund applies only to the amount of the validated returned products, excluding initial delivery fees and return fees, unless otherwise required by law.

The seller reserves the right to delay the refund until:

  • actual receipt of the returned products; or
  • receipt of a shipping proof provided by the customer.

5. Refund timeframes

The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt and validation of the returned products.

However, due to banking processing times, logistics, and payment platforms used via Shopify, the actual appearance time of the refund on the customer's bank account may vary and take up to thirty (30) business days after return validation.

6. Defective products or order errors

In case of a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product received, the customer is invited to contact customer service within forty-eight (48) hours following receipt of the order, attaching supporting photographs.

After validation by customer service, an exchange, credit note, or refund may be offered depending on the case.
