Take an amount the size of a walnut in the palm of your hand and apply the balm with circular motions over the entire body, morning and/or evening, after bath or shower. Its original texture, firm at first, then melting on contact with the skin, absorbs very quickly.
To maintain a soft and melting sensation, avoid "warming up" the balm by rubbing.
