Our shipping times are as follows:

• For any order placed from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
• For any order placed from Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
• For any order placed from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday
• For any order placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following working day.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Mondial Relay or Collisimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.
